Dan, Pam, and Marko helped me secure a fantastic mortgage rate for my recent acquisition in March 2024.

The initial phone call and affordability assessment with Dan was very helpful in getting a better idea when shopping for a property. He was ready and willing to answer all my questions.

Once an offer was signed on the property, I worked closely with Marko on getting an approval. He is very organized and has great attention to detail. Working with him in moving the agenda forward was very smooth.

I then worked with Pam on getting the final pieces together and comparing options on the table. She is very responsive and organized, and demonstrated superior customer service throughout the many back and forth.
